JUNIOR COACHING

“The PSLC Tennis Club is happy to announce its intention to appoint a new Junior Tennis Coach and a new program for Coaching our Juniors for the new season.  Liam Cassidy, a Level 3 Performance Coach,  who is a Director of Tennis with Tennis Ireland, and a Coach Tutor, will design and implement a new coaching structure, designed for Juniors of all abilities.  Liam will provide coaching, and will also engage relevant assistance as required.  We are very excited by the opportunities offered by this new programme, not only to improve the skills of our Junior members, but also to help them to enjoy playing the game.  We will hold an information evening where Liam will present the new program within the next two weeks.

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome Liam into his new role as the Junior Coach of the PSLC Tennis Club.  This will be the only Junior Coaching Programme which will be run by the PSLC Tennis Club.  We would also like to thank our previous Junior Coach, Hugo Feitor, for his contributions to the Tennis Club and our junior members over the last 30 months.

Please feel free to contact a member of the Junior Development Committee if you need any further information or clarification.”
